"Our tainted nature's solitary boast" as poet William Wordsworth spoke of Mary. Mary is, the perfect creation of Almighty God. Beautiful sunrises, breathtaking sunsets, and all the creativity of human energies in between, fail in comparison with Mary. Our humble attempt to describe the many qualities and attributes of Our Lady in her Litany, surely fall short of those known to Almighty God. Mary as it pleases you, we humbly ask for your continued intercession for a weak and sinful humanity.                     St. Juan Diego Please pray for us.

Almighty God, on 31 October in 1942, Pope Pius XII consecrated the whole world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. In sixty five years America has turned from your statues and has brazenly embraced evil through a depraved sense of freedom. America of 1942 is no longer recognizable. Please liberate us from the stranglehold of the violent spirits who have changed our country from one you bless to one you abhor. For the Immaculate Heart of Mary please listen to our plea and answer us.

I plead for a religion in which the Babe of Christmas is not an orphan, but a Child of Mary. I plead for a religion which breathes respect for motherhood, and vibrates with a love for that Mother, above all mothers, who brought our Savior into the world. If there is any man or woman looking for a test as to what constitutes the divine religion on this earth, let him apply the same test he would to the judgment of man. If you ever want to know the real qualities of a man, judge him not by his attitude on the world of commerce, his outlook on business, his kindness and genteel manners, but judge him by his attitude to his mother. If you want to know the quality of a religion, judge it exactly the same way, that is, by the attitude it bears to the Mother of our blessed Lord. If you find a religion which never speaks of that Woman who gave us our Redeemer, then there certainly must be something wanting to the truth of that religion, and---even to its humanity.                      Most Rev.
